Tanning
Refunds
All tans, tanning packages, retail products, add-ons, and travel fees are non refundable.
If you have an issue with your tan, please reach out to us within 24 hours after your appointment. The outcome of your tan is 20% professional care and 80% at home care-
just like skincare.
cancellations
We understand that life happens! Please reach out to us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments that get cancelled in less than 24 hours notice are subject to a full cancellation fee.
No Shows
If you are not physically present when we arrive to our scheduled location, within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to leave.
You will be subject to a full no show fee, and you will be blocked from any future services with us until the fee is paid in full. When you no-show, you fill a slot on our schedule that could have been filled otherwise.
There are no exceptions, thank you for respecting our time and our estheticians.
Travel Fee
When you book a mobile spray tanning service with us, you are recognizing, accepting, and agreeing to pay the travel fee calculated by milage for fuel it takes to come to your location. We charge a non-negotiable fee of $1.00 per mile, for us to come to you. This fee is not included in the cost of your tan. Groups of 5 or more are exempt from the travel fee.
This fee is calculated by the distance between the zip-code 85203, to your zip-code.
Male Clients
We require all male clients to wear some type of bottom, at all times throughout the spray tanning service. Coverage is to your comfort level, but all obvious genitalia must be completely covered the entire duration of the service.
There is absolutely no judgement, we just ask for professionalism.

Aftercare
By booking with us, you agree to the proper aftercare required to maintain your results, and achieve the desired outcome. You also acknowledge that the service is an artistic and subjective service, and that the results are subject to change each tan.
Despite client satisfaction of outcome, you agree to pay the full service fee. By booking, you also agree to all the terms of service and policies provided for you.
